Don't even call unless you are the best and can prove it.

Earn money for new customers and residual money each month on past customers. Potentially, earn $20K if you're average, $50K if you're good, and much more if you're great. This is in the real estate software industry as well as banner advertising, but we hire star performers, not backgrounds. Young or old -- if you have the stuff, we'll know. Will train someone who has everything we want. Huge performance rewards get you substantial payoffs.

MUST be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start. Must be highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter and communicator, and a barracuda closer. This is a 100% commission position.

Software Developer
Do you like to write software? Maybe an open-source project or two?

We are looking for a C#, asp.net developer that would like to work on our system with a twist to the open-source model. Payment would be based on your contribution and those who use it.

Say you write a widget. We market and sell a subscription to the widget. You get residual income from the widget. Each month, we write you a check for some percent of the selling cost of the widget.

Sound like a deal? It is very good income when you write the right widget. We have many widgets that need to be written!
